Show Community Schools Class Schedule Released for Second Quarter Russ Donoghue, director of the Community Schools program this week announced the proposed schedule of classes to be offered during the second quarter of adult and community education. Classes will begin the week of Nov. 8 and will end the week of Dec. 13. A registration fee of $6 will be charged for each class taken. On the program for the quarter are: carpenter train ing, welding, basic automotive, automo-tive, basic electronics, clothing cloth-ing production; creative food production and advanced electronics. Business occupations will include courses in typing I and II, bookkeeping I and II shorthand I and II; business machines; filing; and simulated simul-ated office practice. Other courses to be offered include word study, grammer II; Geology II, the merica West( Macrame, movies and novels, business mat I, biology bi-ology I and beginning painting. paint-ing. Persons in'eresled in taking tak-ing the classes should contact con-tact the school district office 253-3401 or 253-8631 to register. regis-ter. Students will be asked to specify which night they would like a class to be offered of-fered so that the schedule can accomodate as many as possible. |
