The proposition which will concern county residents is one which provides for tho issuance of general obligation ob-ligation bonds for construction con-struction of County operated op-erated nursing home. The County is proposing that bonds amounting to $J2r..(X,0 be issued to pay for ail or part of the facility. fa-cility. These bonds will be issued at an interest rate which is not to exceed 8 per cent and will be due in twenty years. Part of the money allocated for the nursing home will be used to purchase a site for the building and to equip the facility after it is constructed. con-structed. Polling places are listed list-ed in the legal notice announcing an-nouncing the proposition and residents will vote on the issue at tiie same time as they mark their regular ballot. Both opponents and proponents pro-ponents of the measure will be guests on the Sounding Soun-ding Board program on KURA radio and Town TV c,n Monday at 2:03 p.m. when listeners are invited to phone in cpuestions to the participants.
