Show Notice of Public Hearing Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Moab City Board of Adjustment on Thursday, June 29, 1978 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Moab City Hall, to hear a request for a variance to build a new house on a lot which does not front a major street, namely 739 North 5th West. There is a private access road already existing that fronts this property. pro-perty. Legal description Is as follows: Beginning at a cedar post which bears South 162.0 ft. and West 309.0 ft. from the EVi corner, Section 35, T25S, R21E, S.L.B.& M. and proceeding pro-ceeding thence S 0 43' W with a fence 1 69.4 ft. to a cedar post fence corner, thence N .89 45' W 129.8 ft. with a fence to a VS" rebar, thence N OO' E 168.2 ft. to a Vz" rebar at a fence, thence along said fence N 8943' E 130.4 ft. to the point of beginning as described on the plat and containing 0.5 acres, more or less.
