Show Circuit Court news On Sept. 7 in 12th Circuit Court, Daryl Lov-vik Lov-vik appeared for jury trial on a charge of discharging a firearm in the city limits. After evidence was presented, the jury returned a verdict of innocent. On Sept. 8, Kevin Nelson appeared on an order to show cause filed by the Adult Probation and Parole Board. There was an addendum to the original probation order stipulating if he violates the terms of probation he will be required to serve a 30-day jail term levied May 25. On Sept. 13 John Fredrick Soules appeared on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liqour (DUI), and entered a plea of guilty. He was sentenced to pay a $250 fine and in default of payment to serve 50 days in the county jail. Bail was ordered forfeited to cover the fine. On Sept. 13 Robert A. Sukron was scheduled to appear on a charge of public intoxication, but failed to appear, and bail of $50 was ordered forfeited. forfeit-ed. On Sept. 15 judgment was set aside on a previous order by the court to forfeit bail posted by James L. Lammert on a charge of failure to stop at command of a police officer. He appeared and entered a plea of guilty to the reduced charge of custodial interference. He was sentenced to pay a $299 fine. On Sept. 19 Rudy Ben i Madrid was before the court and entered a plea of guilty to the charge of reckless driving. He was sentenced to pay a $200 fine and to serve 40 days in the county jail. He was placed on one year probation, proba-tion, and the jail sentence was suspended on payment pay-ment of the fine and satisfactory completion of probation. James Dastrup was before the court Sept. 18 on a charge of destruction of property. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to serve 60 days in the county jail and ordered to make $45 restitution. He was also placed on one year probation, proba-tion, with the jail sentence suspended on payment of restitution and satisfactory satisfact-ory completion of probation. proba-tion. James Dippre and Charles Dippre, brothers, appeared Sept. 20 on charges of DUI. Both pled guilty and both were sentenced to pay fines of $250 and to serve 40 days in the county jail. They were placed on one year probation with the jail sentences suspended on payment of fines and satisfactory completion of probation. Bill Wayne Phillips was arraigned on a churgo of DUI Sept. 20. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a $250 fine and servo 40 duys in jail.
