Show City Court Action Reported For Week ..Moab City Court registered regis-tered a busy week even though Judge Donald Crist was not available on ;Monday and Tuesday to hear cases. Judge Crist was serving as Judge protein pro-tein on Seventh Judicial District Court in the absence ab-sence of Judge Edward Sheya. Springs (Colorado, to Court on a charge of DWI. He plead guilty and was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail. Olsix told the court i'thva,t his real name was James August Clock. Attorney Luke Papas appeared with Robert Lammert who was charged charg-ed with DWI on August 14. After pleading not guilty, Lammert was scheduled sch-eduled to appear for trial on September 24, at 10 a. m. A jury trial on August 14, saw Marvin J. Somer-ville Somer-ville convicted of DWI. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 or 40 days in jail. Clyde Tate appeared on August 17, on a charge of forgery. He was advised of the charge against him and of his right to counsel. coun-sel. He requested that the court appoint counsel for him and bond was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 in property. Appointed as his attorney was Bruce tlaljiday of Monticello and arraignment was continued con-tinued until Tate had time to consult his attorney. |
