Show Saturday's the day, Santa is coming in Christmas Parade L The annual Christmas parade will be held this Saturday, Dec. 2, beginning at 3 p.m. The parade will begin near the Miller's parking lot and proceed north on Main Street. The parade will then turn right on First North and right again on First Hast past the Courthouse. The route then turns left onto Center St., ending at the Middle School. Following the parade, children may visit Santa Claus in the Middle School Gym. The Moab Women's Literary Club will also provide a Mrs. Santa Claus. The Grand County High School cheerleaders cheer-leaders will be on hand to serve as Santa's elves. Before or after their visit with Santa, children are invited to stop at the Courthouse and hang their own hand-made ornament on the A Community Christmas Tree, which 1 is being decorated again this year a by Hethel 8 of the International 1 Order of Job's Daughters. Schools are also invited to contribute ornaments for this traditional tree. Also on Saturday, a Nativity Pageant, sponsored by the LDS Special Interest and Young Special Interest, will be held on the hill behind the American Legion Hall. The pageant will begin at 7 p.m. KURA will be broadcasting the presentation, thus allowing spectators specta-tors to remain in their cars while listening to the narration on the radio.
