The road would be laid out so as to join the Spanish Valley road and give quick and more convenient access to the golf facilities south of town, as well as to nearby residence without making it necessary to go through the country club's parking lot. Mrs. Royal Holter met with the commissioners in behalf of her husband stating that Royal had located a plane he can purchase to use for spraying in the valley. The commissioners commission-ers were in favor of this and will talk to Attorney Harry Snow about a contract. The commissioners agreed that the best results in the Mosquito abatement project took place when the County had a local contractor available at the right time for the successful spraying over the area. The Utah Culvert Company of Ogden was the low bidder on 24 culverts needed by coun-fv coun-fv roads. The commissioners authorized author-ized the placement of a street light at the end of Oak Street.
