Show Services Held Sun Sunday y for Chris D Dunn nh Funeral services were held inthe Inthe in tn the Moab Seventh-day Seventh Adventist church Sunday afternoon at 2 2 pm p.m. for Christopher Columbus II Dunn who passed away November November Novem Novem- ber her 21 at Black Ridge near the Yellow Circle mine east of 01 Moab I while on a deer hunt APP Apparently Mr Dunn who was 68 years old suffered a heart attack He had been having heart trouble for forthe forthe fori the past two years it was re reo ported I Chris Dunn was born August 26 26 1889 in Missouri His father was also named aed Christopher Christopher Chris Chris- I Columbus Dunn in fact I Chris was the fourth generation with the same name His father In was a public school teacher teather Missouri Chris gain gained d his education education edu education cation and lived in until un untIl until til he was 16 years of age In 1915 he was married to HIzel Hazel Hazel Ha HI zel Rhodes in lola Iota Kansas Th They y lived for lor some time in Palco Kansas They farmed for several years then Chris did colporteur work tool dressing and plumb plumbing ing jog In 1951 they moved to Moab where Chris was chosen First Elder of 01 the Seventh-day Seventh Adventist Adventist church He was also a member memo mem ber of the local church school board Mr Dunn was well known In Moab for his cheerful attitude outlook on enjoyed studying the Bible and sharing I his faith with his friends and neighbors The people enjoyed I his presentations of the lessons of Christ for they were all alt well Il Illustrated n- n lust rated in his own life Ille He Is survived by his wife Mrs Hazel Dunn of Moab three children chit chil hU dren Ralph Dunn of 01 Moab Glenn Dunn of Loma Lonia Linda Calif and I Mrs Marion of Denver seven grandchildren a brother David Dunn of Worthington Ohio and two sisters Mrs Howard howard Howard How how- ard L. L Howell of ot Nevada Mo and Mrs Mary Dinsmore of 01 Del Del- ti tl Colo Coin At the funeral services which I were held at 2 pm p.m. Sunday In the I Moab Seventh day Adventist chapel cha cha- pel in Jn Moab Mrs Ray Johanson sang a solo My God and lind I I. I Pastor F. F H Ii 11 Rahm the local Adventist Ad Ad- minister read the obituary obit ual uary and lind gave the service Pray Prayer ar er was offered by Mr Warren Elling First Elder of the local church The service closed with witha a vocal du duet Precious Lord Take My Hand by Mrs Johanson Johanson Johan Johanson son and M.
