Show Martha Campbell Formerly of Grand Co Is Laid to Rest The many friends of Mrs Martha J. J Campbell 87 and ano Grand County resident of many year standing were saddened by her death this past week Death came following a three three- month Illness at the Morrison Convalescent home In Fruit Fruit-a Colorado 4 Of j Funeral services were cond conducted c- c ted by toy the Rev Floyd Tilson in inthe inthe the Starks chapel in Fruita with interment at Elmwood Cemetery Cemetery J tery Allie Ailie and Dorothy Weaver three sons 1 sang Bearers were law in-law John Sieber Earl Sommerville Som Som- merville and B. B W. W A and three grandsons Hugh Sieber Charles Sieber and Ernest Camp Camp- bell ibell I Mrs Campbell Campbel was born Feb 22 1867 at Trader Iowa and June married there June 28 1893 to Ernest Campbell He died some years ago She W was iS a 1 graduate of the Traer high school and the Mt Vernon Iowa normal school and became a school teacher The Campbells m moved ved to foD Den n. n ver over in 1893 Two years later dater they homesteaded at Cisco Utah and lived there 20 years Mrs Campbell was a Frusta Fruita resident until 1937 Subsequently queenly she lived at Molina and Colbran Sh She was a member of the Con greg Church Surviving kin include four daughters Mrs Mr's Esther Sommerville Sommerville Sommer Sommer- ville Moab Mrs Elvira Elvin Steber Sieber Molina Mrs Doris A Algien glen Rifle rand land Mrs Ruth Bessire Denver and three sons Wesley Campbell Camp bell Paul Campbell Campbell Campbell Camp Camp- I bell Loomis Calif CaUL and Hugh Campbell Thompsons s Utah A daughter died in infancy ncy She was the eldest of nine d children of whom two survive Mrs J Jo John a ri Henry emy Goldfield and end Jay B.
