Show Letters to the Editor Dear Pear Editor During the rush ruh of the busy summer and the coming and going going go go- ing lug of folks I think there is something going on every night except Sunday In Moab that a lot of people are not really fully aware of It Is the tremendous service by busy people who are giving their time to help sell not only Moab but all of ot Utah and especially Southeastern Utah to the tourist tou tou- rist A It small outdoor threater with screen benches and projection pro booth has been set fiet up at and dates about 50 or 60 CO people And every night one onO of theten the theten theten ten men and two women show their colored films tUms They take you over over the mountain down the river to Dead Horse Point the Arches and south to Monticello Mon Mon- Indian Creek and to Monument Valley Then if it you Ou have tune they take taku you on to Glen Canyon Bryce and ZIons They would take you to Vernal and nor nor- northern them thern Utah if you asked them Some of the most moat beautiful pictures of unusual places near to Moab have been taken by these people just to tempt the tourist to stay over a few more days e Tuesday evening during the showing of pictures by Bill BUl Harding a call came from the tho Apache mute motel tram from 38 traveling travel ing teachers who wanted to come but Jt did not have any ready transportation Immediately burned lately three of us were sent after them and another showIng show show- Ing was necessary Then they were all returned to t their eI motel This service amazed these folks from the East w who Q told us that they were coming back next summer sum mer and bringing their tam fam Die tiles Did you know that du during dur dur- ing June and July and to date a thousand people from allover all alt allover over our pUr land have beer been given this service T TIn In spite of the fact that for tor years yean advertising has b been n done not enough seems to soak in and we must continue to tell teU tell and ten tell be bc cause folks just do not listen enough about Utah Moab or Southeastern Utah Here is a list of the people who are giving of their time so freely to encourage a 8 better better better bet bet- ter feeling of friendliness and anda a desire to come back again to Utah Mr Ross Musselman Mussel Mussel- man Bill DIU Harding Dr A.
