Show City County Heads Sign Pact On Repairing of City Streets The signing of an agreement between between be be- tween Grand county commissioners commission commission- ers and the city council members of ot the city of Moab whereby the county work crews will take over the repair and maintenance of Moab city streets highlighted a along along along long session of the city council Terms of agreement were that in return for the county taking I over the work on city streets the city would furnish the sanitation officer and building inspector for both city and county turn over overl the money In the city Class C road fund to the county and make to the county the use of the city owned dump truck which was purchased for city street work The agreement was drawn up and signed by the tho three county commissioners earlier in the day The mayor and the four councilmen council- council men present Tuesday night then signed the agreement which be be- tame effective as of Tuesday Sept 20 The keeping up of the city streets has been a topic of discussion discussion dis dis- dis- dis mission at a number of recent council meetings but the city found bund its funds too short to carry carryon on the project in the manner th that t they desired and that it should be e dent dene Th Tho co en net nci the thc then voted a 50 per er month raise in pay for Mike Delangle sanitation officer and C C.
