Why not peer under the oven or open that door to the side and get acquainted? Once you two have met, you will become inseparable pals a team which will produce many tasty snacks and meals. Here are some new twists to old favorites. You will be amazed at the minimum of time and effort involved in preparation and cleanup clean-up as well as at the incomparable flavor of a steaming, juicy "broiled burger" or fragrant, bubbly hot sandwich. BROILED BURGERS DELUXE 1. Divide Into 4 equal portion! 1 lb. f round beef 2. Form thea iwrtiona Into balls and place between pieces of waxed paper. Roll until H Inch thick with rolling pin. S. Suggestion: Serve these as large sandwiches to accompany a fruit. Vegetable, or molded salad, or cut each slice of bread into fourths and serve as nor d' Oeuvres with a juice. HOT SUPPER SANDWICHES 1. Combine and mix well 1 7 14 -ounce can salmon, flaked 1 tb. horseradish 1 tb. lemon Juice c. mayonnaise or salad dressing t. salt 2.
