Show START 4 H CLUB extension workers of the utah state agricultural college will address a public meeting at moab this thursday evening at which matters of the utmost importance to the agricultural welfare of the county will be discussed the meeting will be held at the high school auditorium and will commence at 8 p m paul M dunn extension forester will discuss the forestry program being carried on by the state and government in the state of utah and will explain the methods of distributing trees to the farmers great progress has been made in forestry work on farms in this state during the past year and a continuance of the work over a period of years will add greatly to the wealth of utah farms P D murray boys and girls state club leader will also address the meeting on the subject of 4 H club work an effort will be made to inaugurate club work in this county and mr murray will explain the methods of getting this movement started the 4 H club work has been a great influence in other utah counties in getting young folks interested in agricultural ri matters and it Is felt that there Is a great need locally for such a project it Is hoped that there will be a large attendance at to nights meeting |
