premium list in other cases first and second ribbons will be awarded all cash premiums will be distributed not later than october 25 1923 all articles and stock to be entered must be at exhibit hall not later than thin 10 a w friday october 12 when you arrive at the exhibit hall you should see the supervisor of your department who will assign you space and give you all needed information on classes where there is no competition edition eti tion only 60 per cent of the listed pd premi premiums will be paid every ar tide will be judged strictly on its 1 merit merits lack of competition will not entitle an inferior article to be awarded a premium simply because it jt is the only one of its class exhibited the judges will disregard all exhibits which are not choice in every respect in rit departments where liberal premiums are offered for displays such as a corn display or a fruit display no premium will be awarded unless the display is in the opinion of the judges a good one and
