Show Max Seal of MMvale, formerly of Lark, left Thursday for Denver, Den-ver, Colo., to attend a convention for Swift Packing company. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Neilsen were Salt Lake City visitors Thursday. A large crowd attended the Green and Gold ball of West Jordan Jor-dan Stake at the Avalon ballroom ball-room Tuesday evening, January 27. Miss Beverly Seal represented represent-ed Lark Mutual as their queen. Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Peterson visited Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Parry of Herriman. Mr. and Mrs. Horace M. Seal were entertained by their family at a family dinner Sunday, January Jan-uary 25 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leland D. Neilsen. The occasion oc-casion ' was celebrating their wedding anniversary. Those present pres-ent were Mr. and Mrs. Seal and daughters, Beverly and Joy, Mr. and Mrs. Neilsen and children, Wayne and Virginia, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Draper, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Walker and daughter Marsha and Mr. and Mrs. Max Seal and son Craig of Midvale. Mr. and Mrs. Devere Coombs were Salt Lake City visitors Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ball visited Wednesday in American Fork with Mrs. Ball's grandmother, grandmo-ther, Mrs. Alice Murdock. Mrs. Bessie Bigler entertained January 21 for members of the 509 club. Prizes were won by Mrs. Ila Coombs and Mrs. Norma Halliday. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ball and daughter Mary Lou were visitors in Sandy Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. James Jones of Bingham were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Hilda Grabner. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Rostron were week-end visitors in Fountain Foun-tain Green. Word was received by relatives and friends in Lark that Mrs. Alice Townson of Seattle, Wash., formerly of Lark, had passed a-way a-way January 26. Funeral services ser-vices were held Thursday, January Janu-ary 29 at Seattle. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Clark and one granddaughter, Ethel May Clark, both of Lark. : ' ' lark ' ' : Beverly Seal. Program and games were under the direction of Mrs. Thomas Tho-mas Walker , and Mrs. Clyde Crump. A good time was enjoyed enjoy-ed by all present Paul Densley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Densley, will soon retrun home from St. Mark's hospital where he underwent a serious operation due to croup. He has been hospitalized three weeks. |
