R and other organizations Local Elks are planning to make the Wednesday celebration at Liberty park one of ot the most impressive public events of ot the year ear Extensive preparations preparations preparations are being made and while the program is not yet completed officers of ot the club say they are safe sate In stating that the Elks' Elks Flag da day celebration willbe will willbe willbe be well worth attending The regular ritualistic ceremony will open the Elks' Elks celebration to be followed followed fol fol- lowed by band concerts singing and speechmaking Will G.
