M Wells WeBs was so instructed to o notify the company and that it must do the work The commission discussed the failure fail fall ure of ot the Utah Power and Light company com corn pany to replace wooden poles on Eleventh Eleventh Elev Elev- East from Ninth South to Yale with steel poles but came to no de de- de- de cislon The company has been ordered ordered or or- dered to make the change but has asked a reconsideration on the ground that the e steel teel poles would be danger danger- ous
