N Y Mrs Peck moved when a child with her parents to Nauvoo 1 lii 1 Her father died there after contracting pneumonia nia while guarding the body of ot Joseph Smith With AVith her mother Mrs Peck then came to Utah by ox train joining one of ot the early bands of pioneers They lived in Salt Lake two years and then went to Lewiston Utah In 1855 they returned to Salt Lake where Mrs Peck Peek was married to Edwin M.
