Show BINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL NEWS by Jeniel Boren Last Friday's Assembly The assembly last Friday consisted con-sisted of a greeting to students by Coach Sunny Allsop. He told students that a game is never won by five alone, nor by ten, but by all of these boys and the entire student body. Be a loyal fan by cheering and supporting them. Let them know you are behind them. Then he introduced introduc-ed the players individually. The cheerleaders took up the remainder of the timj with practice prac-tice of the school song, pep song, and a few cheers. Miners Lose Two Pre-Season Games The outcome of our first practice prac-tice game which was played last Friday at Bingham with West high was Bingham 34, West 44. Tuesday the team left school at noon to play a game at Ogden. The game began at 3:30 and ended end-ed with a final score which read Bingham 31, Ogden 44. Prospectors Club Party After the Bingham-West game last Friday, the Prospector's party was held. It was a huge success. Everyone had a -wonderful time clowning around, dancing danc-ing and eating all the delicious things that were to be had. Although Al-though many had their ups and downs due to the fact that they found it hard to stand on our new gym floor, everyone departed depart-ed having had an enjoyable time. Gym Floor Sanded Now that we have our gym floor sanded and varnished, let's keep it looking nice by treating our floor with care. Sweater Committee The sweater committee met Wednesday and agreed upon the style and other details of the sweater. "Lunatics At Large" To Be Presented Tonight "Lunatics At Larke" the school play, a three-act mystery-comedy by James Reach, is to be presented pre-sented this evening, Friday, at 8:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. audi-torium. This mystery-comedy is sure to bring chills, thrills, and many laughs to you, so come and see this entertaining production. Mother's and Daughter's Tea Scheduled December 10 In Bingham High Library A Mother's and Daughter's tea is to be held this Sunday, December De-cember 10, at 2:00 p.m. in the Bingham high school library for all senior high Girls club members mem-bers and their mothers. Miss Baer, advisor of the club, is hopeful of a large attendance for a wonderful time is certain to be had by all. "White Christmas" Senior Hop Theme; Committees Announced The seniors have chosen "White Christmas" for their Hop theme. This active class selected the theme submitted by Doris Poul-son Poul-son and Karlene Wilson.
