M Stephens of the Third district court Mike Bell charged wit with highway rob robbery I bery at Idaho Falls yesterday was granted twenty-four twenty hours in which to appeal to the supreme court I Bell was taken before Judge Stephens yesterday on a writ of habeas corpus and his attorneys ar arI argued argued ar- ar I gued that the requisition papers sent by the governor of Idaho to Governor Simon Bamberger were not explicit enough to warrant issue of extradition extradition extradition extra extra- papers and that Bell should be beI I released Attorneys J. J W W. Rozzelle and E. E A A. Walton Valton representing Bell I stated their int intention to appeal the legality of the extradition to the supreme supreme su su- su- su preme court RELEASED TWICE I Bell was taken into custody by the police two weeks ago and held for I Bonneville county Idaho authorities He agreed to return to Idaho without extradition proceedings but refused to togo togo togo go when Sheriff J. J W.
