S BROWN DIES Miss Gertrude Susannah Brown daughter of the late Benjamin and Catharine Knights Brown died ye yesterday yester yeter- ter- ter day ay from peritonitis following an operation for tor appendicitis Miss Brown was born September 14 1867 in Beccles Suffolk England She cane came came to Utah with her parents in 1881 and had hid resided in the Seventeenth ward for fhe he last ten years She is survived by three sisters Mrs John Matheson Mrs Joseph Christensen Christen Christen- sen and Mrs William IL lL Hardy three brothers Arthur W. W Brown Benjamin Denjamin B B. B Brown and Ernest E. E Brown Funeral services will be held at the Seventeenth ward chapel at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon The body may be viewed at the home of ot her in brother-in- law John Matheson North Second West Vest street from 10 to 12 12 o'clock to tomorrow to- to morrow Interment will be in th the City cemetery |
