W Bird 83 of 2194 SouthWest SouthWest South SouthWest West Temple 00 West street street prominent Democrat and farmer died Monday at 4 a. a m. m at his home of causes incident to age Mr r. r Bird had lived at his present address for 51 years and on West Temple street for 62 years He helped to organize the Utah Uta Poultry Poultry Poultry Poul Poul- try association was an organizer of the Sagebrush Democratic club 50 years ago and was a life member member member mem mem- ber of the Salt Lake County Fish and Game association He was prominent in L D S church affairs and was a high priest prest in the te Burton ward Mr Bird was born in England February 28 1859 and came to Utah July 1880 He was the te father of 16 sons and daughters eight of whom survive Surviving are four sons and four daughters John T. T Walter Waler J. J Ira C. C and Sidney R. R Bird Mrs William Coleby Mrs L. L P. P Hickam Hickam Hick Hick- am Mrs George H. H Jones and Mrs Rachel Lefevor all al of Salt Lake City a brother James ABird A A.
