Show San Francisco, Calif., Jan. 5 The Twelfth Marine Corps Reserve Re-serve District today announced the selection for promotion of First Lieutenant James H. Caul-field, Caul-field, USMCR, of Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, to the rank of Captain. ORDINANCE NO. 30 CITY OF BINGHAM CANYON,' UTAH. An Appropriation Ordinance to Cover Expenditures for the year 1949. Be it ordaini-d by the City Council of the City of Bingham Canyon, Utah: Section 1. That the following sums be appropriated by the City of Bingham Canyon to be expended ex-pended by the City of Bingham Canyon during the year 1949 for the following purposes: $19,313.00 for payment of General Gen-eral Operating Expenses. 6,637.50 for operation of Water Councilman Harold F. Chesler "Aye". Councilman Ross M. Cushing "Aye". Councilman F. J. Quinn, Absent, Ab-sent, not voting. Councilman G. L. West "Aye". Councilman John W. Holmes "Aye". Mayor R. A. Murano "Aye". Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary for the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of the City of Bingham Canyon that this ordinance ordin-ance become effective immediately, immedi-ately, and therefore, this ordinance ordin-ance shall take effect on its publication pub-lication on January 14, 1949. Councilman John W. Holmes made a motion that the foregoing ordinance be adopted. Councilman G. L. West seconded second-ed the motion. Roll Call Vote was as follows: |
