Dorius 37 Third N rth to fo formulate a protest to the capitol commission the city commission commission commission commis commis- sion and the Utah Light and Traction company against the proposed changes in the original route of the Capitol hill hilI street car line When the franchise was granted the street car company compan for this line the route was to be over Main street east on Second North and thence northwest along West Capitol avenue to Fourth North It is now proposed to change the route to run along Second Second Second Sec Sec- I ond North to East Capitol a avenue thence north to a point twenty feet north of ot the capitol J People living on Capitol hill hilI point I out that the territory most heavily I populated and which needs car service service ser ser- vice vico is along the original route and will seek to have the line constructed as had been planned There are forty forty forty for for- ty families according to A.
