Can You Give These Men Work Suppose you were hungry had no home no friends that counted for anything no employment and no money Would you still feel cheerful and hopeful if every attempt you made to earn earna a days day's bread and bed failed Wouldn't you begin to feel desperate desperate desper desper- ate and lose some of your faith in humanity A lot of men are in that condition today Many l of them have put in their applications with the Commercial club free employment employment employment em em- bureau for work THEY SHOULD HAVE WORK You who can so easily afford to pay for labor now find some employment for these unfortunate men Help them to keep their self respect You will not miss the small amount you pay for the work and it will mean more than you can imagine to the men who are so eager to earn what they eat and wear weal It ruins the average man to make him an object of charity even for a short period It keeps his head in the air and his manhood going to give him honest work and honest pay for it CANT CAN'T YOU FIND SOMETHING SOl FOR SOME SOl OF THESE HUNGRY MEN rENTO l TO DO
