E 11 II Callister collector of ot internal revenue several thousand companies companies com com- panics have already filed flied the returns and hundreds more will do so 80 before tomorrow night In case they do hot not It Is very probable that the officers will find complaints complaints com corn plaints in the federal court against them Mr CallIster stated this morning that his orders from Washington are to go ahead and prosecute all corporations failing falling fail fail- ing ins to have the papers filed by tomorrow night I l will take the matter up with the distrIct district district dis dis- dis- dis attorney here said Mr Callister and the cases will be heard by Judge John A.
