The buainees of the annual Methodist conference of the IJtsh mission is being finishsd up in good shape and final adjournment will be takes tonight-Visiting tonight-Visiting clergy will have charge of the services at the First Methodist church tomorrow, tut there will be no buainees essions. Bishop Henry W. Wsrren, D. D. LL.U., will preach tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock at tke First church. -Ths principal address of this morn ing's session wss gives by the Rev. J. 11. Irvine, his subject being "Intercession "Inter-cession of Prayer as Relsted to hris-tisn hris-tisn Growth." Dr. VYylie of Ken Frsnciseo talked briefly oa the work of the Ban Fraarisro training, home, and remarks were made also by the Rev. Emrich; vice presidents, Mrs Kslley of Prove aad Meadamee Lay, Worrell and Beemaa of Kelt Lake City; recording secretary, Mrs. N. Beeroan: corresponding secretary, Mrs. O. W. Dai lev; treasurer, Mrs. J. R. Bowdle j mite box secretary, Mrs. Bstts; young people section, Mrs Kent; temperance director, Mrs. Wherry of Ogdea, and Mrs. Ntcholee, recording: secretary for the temperance division. - Miss (trace Sleaa will represent the society at the annual convention of the missions to be held this rear at Wichita, Kan., .beginning .be-ginning October 19. Mrs. H. J. Taibott, retiring president, presi-dent, presided at the meeting, and ad-dresses ad-dresses were made bv the Rev. Dr. Taibott Tai-bott aad Mrs. D. A Potter, secretary of the missionary work for the bursas of Utah. H D. H. Kleiafelter of the foreign board of missions was the speaker at a gathering of members of the conference st ths First church laat night.
