Wagner, an auctioneer, who, the pone nay, has been operating petty grafts in this city for some time, was picked np by Detectives Holding aad Wilson yesterday aad thia afternoon Judge Bowman suspended sentence in his can, with the understanding that he will leave the city at once. John Kee, a Chinaman, claiming to be an electrician, who has been causing caus-ing the police considerable trouble of late, waa also given an opportunity; to leave the eity aad he promised 'the court that ka would loae no time tn doing do-ing so.
