Show Abolishment of College Caps Urged Whether the traditional ' freshman fresh-man cap will be abolished at tha University of Uuh wss discussed at a meeting of the faculty Monday Mon-day afternoon. A motion to the effect that first year students will not bo charged a fee for the purchase pur-chase of tha green and white head apparel, and cannot be compelled by upper classmen to wear ths cap. was considered. Faculty members expressed Indignation regarding re-garding the conduct of -upper classman, tha vlgllsnes committee and frosh on "U" day, which was observed last Friday.
