I After hearing ' proposals by minei owners and the men for future regu- i latlon of wages, the Miners' federation federa-tion conference sent proposals to the j coal districts for local consideration., The federation announces its Inten-1 lion to fight any arrangement for, reduced wages on the ground of reduction re-duction of output, maintaining that the miners have no control over the circumstances arising out of the Spa agreements, which resulted in France becoming flooded with conl while Herman Her-man Industries are denuded and British Brit-ish export trade has stopped.
