Show MOAB MAN HEADS UTAH MAD BOARD W. D. Hammond, Moab, Friday was ths new chairman of the state road commission, and Ward C. Hoi-brook, Hoi-brook, West Point, waa sxpected to become chairman of the new public service commission. Mr. Hammond was appointed chairman by Governor Henry H. Blood Just before Mr. Hammond left for Flagstaff, Arts., to attend ths Utah-Arlaona International Highway High-way association convention to promote pro-mote the Canada-to-Mexlco highway, high-way, using U. S. 39. After a morning conference with ths governor, ths new public service commissioners prspared for an afternoon af-ternoon executive session, at which Mr. Holbrooke slection was expected. ex-pected.
