Show Cliurchman I i l.yJ BAPTIST CHIEF TO VISIT HERE Dr. W. H. Bowler of New Tork City, chief administrative officer of tho Northern Baptist convention, will arrive in Salt Lake City Tuesday Tues-day for a conference with Baptist secretaries- of 10 western states, it was announced Monday by the Rev. A. W. Lyons, pastor of Immanuel Baptist church. The conference will be held at the Newhouse hotel Tuesday Tues-day forenoon and afternoon. Accompanying Dr. Bowler win be E. H. Roadee of .Toledo, Ohio, chairman of the Budget Research committee of the Northern Baptist convention, who will take part In the conference. A mass meeting for all Baptists Bap-tists in this area will be held at Immanuel church. Fourth East and Second South streets, Wednesday at 7:30 p. m, at which Dr. Bowler Bow-ler will be speaker. Dr. Bowler formerly was secretary secre-tary of the Idaho and Utah Baptist Bap-tist state conventions, and at present pres-ent is secretary of the board of missionary cooperation of the Northern Baptist convention, which includes M northern and western states.
