Show PILOT SPILLS OUT OF SHIP; PUPIL LANDS SAN DIEGO, Feb. 4 UP) An exciting drama that began 3000 feet in the air when a flying instructor in-structor fell out of his plane leaving leav-ing a student with only an hour and a hairs experience at the controls, con-trols, miraculously ended in injury to neither of the participants or the craft yesterday. Louis Dale, 23-year-old instructor, instruc-tor, was hurtled earthward unconscious uncon-scious when he was thrown from the jilane while doing a "barrel , roll," and his head hit a wing. Far enough from the ground to open his parachute, he made a jolting, but safe, landing. He expected to see the plane, carrying Student George de Vorss, 27, crash near by. Instead. De Vorss made a three-point three-point landing at a suburban airport. |
