FIFTY independent garbage haulers announced the opening of a fight today to test the constitutionality . of theity ordinance giving the Mountain States Feeding company a monopoly on the disposition of all city garbage. Feeling that regardless of the recent city contract with the ;ompany for the removal of garbage, the city commission has no power to declare a monopoly on this right, the independent haulers, representing the farmers who utilize the refuse to feed their stock and poultry, have declared a fight to the finish.
