Secretary Rlshel sent wires to all of Utah's representatives In both houses and received an Immediate reply from Senator Reed Hmoot, Indicating that tha senior Utah senator stood ready to do all within hie power to bring about tha wishes of the Utah motorcar motor-car owner. Secretary Rlshel also sent a telegram tele-gram to the capital Issues committee pleading with that body to release restrictions re-strictions on bonds which have been voted for highway purposea. Utah has voted something Ilka fl.SOS.OOS for mad building, but like those of many other states, all was held up during the period of the war. The new Utah Ftate Automobile association as-sociation continues to add new membership mem-bership to Its rolls In a manner that la gratifying to Preaident Joe Decker and Secretary William Rlshel, who feel that, at the rate In. which tha organisation organ-isation la growing, they have every reason to expect a membership of fiOOS or tooo by spring, so that there will be no limit to what tha motorcar owners own-ers may accomplish through this unity.
