W. Armstroi. federal food administrator admin-istrator for Utah, farmers who grow their own substitutes may now on the exchange basts receive their nnnual supply of flour at the mill upon signing sign-ing g pledge cutd prepared t the food ' administration. Tha ruling provides (hat farmers will no loncer have lt purchase substitutes on tha "eighty-twenty "eighty-twenty basis where It Is shown they are growers of substitutes themselves. Hulletlns announcing the new ruling were sent nut today to all flour miller a of tha state, together with a supply of Ifledge cards. Heretofore It has been neceaanry for farmers to purchase 0 per cent substitutes from tha mills In order to get white flour, and In many cases the substitutes purchased were grown by th farmers. Millers are required re-quired to keep the pledges on ft) so that Inspectors can readily check up agalnat the deliveries of wheat flour.
