Friday was awaiting arraignment In Fourth district court on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, manslaugh-ter, following a preliminary hearing hear-ing Thursday in Prove city court. City Judge W. Dean Loose bound him over to the district court. He has been free on a S 2000 property bond. The complaint specifically charges Tomlinson with manslaughter man-slaughter in the death of Ina Faye Chipman. 16. American Fork. Miss Chipman and Connie Coward, IT, American Fork, were fatally Injured In-jured while riding their bicycles along U. S. highway 91. Tomlinson Tomlin-son was driver of a truck which struck the girls, the complaint alleges. At the preliminary hearing.
