Under the new schedule of mall train servics of the Denver Rio Grande Western West-ern railway, stfective June 11, the Uintah basin Is adversely affected, aa mall which heretofore arrived In Vernal at S p. m. on the same day It left Rait Lake now arrives at 1 p. m. the following dsy.
