BRINGS ACTION TO PREVENT EJECTION Pehr von Ebernheim today filed an Injunction suit against Myra McGin-nis, McGin-nis, proprietor of the, Hotel Herald, to restrain her from ejecting him from the hotel and putting his furniture into the street. ' The complaint alleges that on March 20, 1904, the plaintiff sold the Hotel Herald Her-ald to the defendant for a cash consideration consid-eration and it was understood that he should occupy a certain room for two months at the rate of $7 per. month. The defendant, notwithstanding this agreement is said to have threatened to oust the plaintiff, wherefore he asks for a restraining order.
