Show NEW YORK & NEVADA COPPER CO. NO MORE NEW YORK. April J. An order has j been entered by Vice-Chancellor Pitney in Jersey City dissolving the New York and Nevada Copper company. The company com-pany became involved about two years ago and two receivers were appointed, one in New Jersey, the other in New York. The liabilities were placed at $163,000. The assets, consisting of the mines and plant In Nevada, were sold by the receivers for $400,000. Frank McDermott. counsel for the creditors, to whom he said the company still, owed about SS5.000. objected to the dissolution, but the Vice-Chancellor said the receivers had ample funds to meet these claims. |
