Stlck-ney Stlck-ney of the Chicago Great Western rail-read, rail-read, who Is here today, denied absolutely absolute-ly that the Great Western had been sold to Union Pacific Interests. He also said that so far as he knew no option had been given on the property to any person aiyl scouted the whole story. He also stated that the Great Western would continue con-tinue its policy of making a strong fight for its share of business In competitive fields, making rates to fit the demands of the occasion.
