Show ARBITRATION SETTLES , THE SUNLIGHT STRIKE. GLEN WOOD SPRINGS, March 18.-Tbe 18.-Tbe strike at Sunlight has been , settled in a manner entirely satisfactory to both sides. A meeting occurred yesterday of the strike committee and. Superintendent Superintend-ent Cummins, at Which W. C. Price of Palisade, a member of the executive committee com-mittee Of sub-district No. 3 of ths United Mine-Workers, was present Mr. Cummins, Cum-mins, on behalf of the Bockf Mountain Fuel company and Of the Pocahontas Coal company, agreed to the recognition of tho union, and the men, for their part, aa-reed to withdraw the other demands made on the two companies. An agreement agree-ment to this effect. Will be signed by both sides today. The miners will return to work as soon as the mines can be gotten got-ten ready tor them, which will take several sev-eral days |
