Coram to confer with President White bf the Bingham Consolidated 'and other officials who are on the ground, the prospects are 1 good for 'some important news to be forthcoming regarding some of the mining properties of this State. Those who have already reached this point are reticent about the object of the meeting at this time.' and while many surmises are being made regarding what business calls these prominent operators to this neck of the woods, the visit is sure to redound to the benefit of the mining industry of Utah. , ' Albert Frank, chief engineer of the Heinze staff, has been in several of the. near-by camps for months past, and while to alt intents and purposes he has-been making observations In the interests of others, it Is no longer a secret that these copper magnates are wilting to add to their holdings in the Bingham region. There is to be an enlargement of the Bingham Consolidated . company's plant, which, it is understood, will be for the purpose of- handling custom ores as well as to refine an increased tonnage from the Bingham and Tintlo properties owned by this company. It is probable, too. that the announcement announce-ment may soon' be made that thare is o be some more ground added to this company's possessions in other districts, as it is known-that in rounding round-ing up the various districts of the State, both Alta and Stockton have been inspected. |
