Show BIG SUIT FOR BONDS . V DISMISSED BY COURT After being la the courts for three years and a half, the biggest suit ever filed in a Utah court was dismissed yesterday by Judge Marshall of the United States court. The suit was brought by John A. Kuy-kendall, Kuy-kendall, administrator of the estate of Charles A. Durkee, at one time Territorial Terri-torial Governor of Utah, against the Union 'Pacific Railroad company for the recovery of $30,000,000 In bonds. It was alleged that Durkee was the original owner of the bonds, and that they represented money advanced by him In the building of the road. -It was alleged al-leged that In the adjustment of the affairs af-fairs of the road under E. H. Harrtman the bonds were not considered. On account of the lack of specific and definite evidence the case was dismissed. |
