It all happened over the call' Issued tot the Democrats of the State for Democratic Demo-cratic day at Saltair without consulting the chairman of the State committee, Simon Bamberger. A call for a meeting of the State Democratic Central committee waa iasued yesterday by Chairman Bamberger. It ia to be held at 10 o'clock In the morning of August 24, in Mr. Bamberger's Bam-berger's office, 161 Main street. Among the tbinga to be considered are the resignations of Chairman Bamberger and Joseph M. Cohen, the secretary. Mr. Cohen Joined the American party before be-fore the last campaign.
