Show WRECK VICTIM DIES IN LOCAL HOSPITAL A. Werrin, a Western Pacific conductor, conduc-tor, who was badly scalded in the wreck near Garfield last Thursday, died at St. Marks hospital yesterday. The deceased was 42 years of age and had been a resident of Salt Lake for about six months, coming here from Danville. III., where his relatives reside. The relatives have been notified noti-fied of the death, but up to noon today no answer had been received. The accident was caused by the spreading of one of the rails causing the engine to tip over. The engineer, fireman and a Greek laborer were also injured. They will recover. |
