Show EAGGAN CASE WAS j DISMISSED BY COURT . ' - v. The affairs of John Eaggan,- an -employee at Garfield Beach, and Mrs. Nellie Tellekamp, hie . divorced wife, were again In court yesterday. Eaggan was the defendant before Judge Diehl to a charge of assault and battery. In securing se-curing the warrant for arrest Mrs. Tellekamp Tel-lekamp declared that her husband had assaulted her and taken her children from her. When the case was called yesterday Eaggan produced a decree of the court whereby the custody of the children was given to him and he asserted that he had not assaulted bis wife, but had held her hand -to prevent her from striking him. Upon the motion of City Prosecutor Daly the case was dismissed. |
