Show GRAND UNION TEA CO. OPENS ANOTHEB BRANCH. The Grand Union Tea company opened a store at No. 58 West First South street this morning. They have a noval window display in the way of a four pint nickel-plated French coffee pot given free with one pound can of their baking- powder, and a wrought iron candle stick with a colored twisted candle given with a fifty cent purchase In addition to the tickets. The' firm has been doing business In Salt Lake for nearly three years and is well known, which is demonstrated by the throng 'that has been crowding its store this morning. The store has been fitted up in a thoroughly up-to-date manner with a complete line of Grand Union goods and presents. They ha've on display dis-play a very fine line of Haviland china, their ow n Importation, plso cut glass of the latest pattern, rugs and rockers. Their teas and coffees imported from china, Japan and Brazil are blended by experts to suit the varied tastes of American tea and coffee drinkers. |
