Tudednhara of tho Fourth ward this morning; filed their answer to the election contest filed against them by W. Mont Ferry and P. J. Anson.. Both answers deny that the return of the Judges was or is false, or that the election was fraudulent'or false, as alleged In paragraph seven of contestants' contest-ants' petition. " They affirm that the returns from the Thirty-seventh. Thirty-eighth. Thirty-ninth. Thirty-ninth. Fortieth, Forty-first, Forty-second and Forty-third districts as made by the Judges were correct, but deny that any errors were made by the Judges in conuting the votes or declaring declar-ing the result of the election in said districts.
