Show CASES CONSIDERED BY JUDGE DIEHL. Several cases were considered by Judge Diehl in the State division of the City court this morning, when the regular reg-ular court session was held. Clarence Benge. charged with removing baggage on which there was a lien, was discharged, dis-charged, the case being dismissed on the motion of the County Attorney because be-cause of lack of prosecution. Wesley Hooper, who was arrested on a complaint charging him with being a fugitive from Justice, was released as the, complaint was dismissed. At the time of his arraignment several days ago. Hooper had no difficulty in securing secur-ing bonds in the sum of $100. He was alleged to have fled from prosecution on a charge of having been the second or third indorser on a check which it was alleged was forged. J. B. Sturtevant. charged with obtaining ob-taining money under false pretenses, was discharged, the complaint being dismissed cn motion of the County Attorney. |
